Uhm basic guide on how to keep storage yay 1. Responsibilities As a storage keeper, you are responsible for: - Storing character information (accepted characters, their XP, stats) - Updating XP, levels, health and statistics and age (weekly) - Removing inactive characters after activity checks (monthly) 2. How to Manage Character Storage - Adding a New Character When a character is accepted, add them to the storage project. Include their name, stats, XP, HP, accessories, and owner. Make sure their starting XP and HP are correct. This should be kept track of in a project. - Updating a Character After battles, foraging, or major events, update the character’s: HP (if they took damage or healed). XP (if they earned any). Stats (if they levelled up). Always double-check numbers before finalizing changes. - Removing a Character After an activity check, identify inactive characters. Confirm inactivity before deleting (check if they are on hiatus, and if they’ve requested the character to be saved or not) Remove the character from storage So basically storage should follow this type of structure: || Name, Age || HP || XP, Lvl || Strength, perception, speed, endurance, charisma || So in storage it should look like this || Steve, 20 moons || 4HP || 20, Lvl 6 || 4, 10, 12, 5, 15 ||
