>> REMEMBER TO BE SUBTLE WHEN COMMENTING ABOUT SPOILERS!! use phrases and codewords only people who have watched would understand << (yes it's the REAL thing this time, also beware of some s3 part 1 spoilers!!) I wanted to make a proper amv with this for SO LONG (its my favorite MARETU song heh) and tbh the translated lyrics fit Rogue ninjago so why not? Even though I hadn't animated in a while when I started making this, I'm really proud of how it turned out!! This AMV (the color palette choice and animation style) was based on a squid game AMV i made back in 2021 but never shared (since it's against scratch guidelines) I'm still proud of that one to this day and wanted to make a similar animation but one I could actually share (and ninjago related) -- Fun fact I had to reanimate some parts of this (i started this a bit before the s3 launch date was revealed, so a while ago) because SOMEONE decided it wouldn't be a good idea to add the "rogue has long hair + a ponytail" headcanon to the animation because "he wouldn't be recognizeable" and then it turned out MY HEADCANON. WAS. ACTUALLY. CORRECT. and because of this ONE image leak I had to reanimate chunks of his fur and add in a ponytail in part 2 Also forgive me I cannot draw cracks for the life of me (it looks like lightning, i mean sure it can be interpreted as the merge too, its meant to be the merge but represented by cracking) OH YEAH!! incase you hadn't noticed (by the reused description- cough cough) I started this BEFORE season 3 had released, now that it it's out, I was FINALLY ABLE TO FINISH IT!!! this took so long and was definitely a learning experience for me (I learned a couple new techniques while doing this) anyways who even reads these descriptions if you do uhh comment your favorite ninjago ship or platonic duo ------------------------------------------------------------------ my season 3 thoughts (MIGHT HAVE SPOILERS, BEWARE!): I LOVED IT!!! my only, and main criticism (it's a relatively big thing) is the fact the forbidden 5 were VERY underwhelming. I love Rox though shes so amazing I love her so much. <3 BUT you can clearly tell who my favorite villain is... (totally didn't make an amv about him) about him,,,, oh my god... could this have gone any better? maybe more screentime but DUDE HE WAS SO MENACING!!! i loved his mech armor thingy and THE WINGS THE WINGS THE WINGSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! and his voice and his personality and AGHHHH ROGUE IS SO COOL. I did NOT expect >THAT< team up to happen in episode 10 but when it happened I screamed SO MUCH YOU GUYS HAVE NO IDEA. "OH MY GOD THEY'RE FIGHTING ALONGSIDE EACHOTHER HOLY MOLY" AND NOT TO MENTION THE SOUNDTRACK, ESPECIALLY ON >THAT< ARIN SCENE IN SEASON 10. iykyk, the elixir one. THE MUSIC WAS HEAVENLY AUGHHHH THIS SEASON WAS SO GOOD I LOVE NINJAGO DRAGONS RISING SO MUCH
