Lore: This security camera footage was taken during one of the cult sieges led by Bucas, many members of the resistance were captured. The cult decided to put the members in experiment containment areas with no instruction given. To see what the experiments would do, most trials went as expected. But once Dave managed to infiltrate the network and download these recordings, what "Weo" did was certainly the most surprising. Bob believes that this information is not that useful for us, we disagree.
