You can't buy it if you already have infection stage 0. the number on the right on the infection serousness thing is how much cured people yoiu need. to cure you press "p" while the zombie is close and if the blue energy touches the zombie and zombie hp is less than or equal to 1 you gain one cured. if your speed is < or =5. rof +0.2 is lower the time in between shots by 0.2 sec . max is 0.1 sec. gun damage +0.4 makes your damage by 0.4. click on stats to see stats.
