On the only sprite in the project go to costumes import any image and go to the costume you want displayed on the dashboard.
Background Manager is a background switcher for any GES running FMN Mountian (You can find it in the GES Mods studio). Then drag the sprite into it. The final thing here is that it is compatible with Dashboard +, it's in beta though.
