Click the machine to get ichor. Exchange the ichor for trinkets, which give you IPS (Ichor per second) or IPC(Ichor per click). The cost of a trinket is displayed below the image. Catch the research capsules to get more ichor. You can operate it without pressing start, but then it wont reset and IPS won't work.
