Don’t mind my messy writing lol Click or use the arrow keys to navigate TRANSLATION IF READING MY WRITING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO READ: 1: Draw 3 shades of blue 2. Use Gaussian Blur 3. Make new layer 4. Duplicate the Hard Airbrush and click on it (Hard Airbrush is found in the Airbrush section) 5. Then press done 6. Set the size to 5% 7. Make abnormal shapes (colour should be white) 8. New layer + clipping mask 9. Not white 10. Make shadows! 11. Smudge with same brush 12. You’re done! (ehehe) Remember to make your clouds abnormal and random. The custom brush helps with that but it is also up to you! You can change the shadow colour. I did tan for it to show but blue is also recommended (as shown in tn)
