*This is when she is like 6 so the twins are also 6 day 1: I look up from my cage on the ground "D-doctor, can I have some water?" I ask meekly, he sighs and goes over to the faucet with a cup in hand "Last time I do anything for you, creep." he mumbles with his back still turned. "Now's my chance," I think to myself. I reach for the keys hanging out of his back pocket and fumble. just before he can turn around and ask what's going on back there, there's a massive explosion. He gets blown back from the impact of the wall parts, and I grab the keys and run out of the cage. While I am trying to get to the door, the doctor reaches up and grabs my ankle. I fell and hit my head hard on the floor. I wake up a couple of minutes later and make a mad dash for the door. Now I'm on the streets of the Yokia city. "I don't know what to do now I've never been without the doctor." I think to myself. A few minutes go by, and I keep passing more and more people on the street. " I probably look weird with my scrape of cloth for clothing, lots of people are staring. I accidentally bumped into a woman in front of me, "Oh, I'm so sorry dear, I did not see you there!! you seem hurt do you want to come to my place so I can patch you up?" she asked me with lots of bubbly enthusiasm. "hurt?" I think to myself, I reach up and touch where my eye has been hurting and come back with blood. *gasp* I jerk away from the woman. The lady took a step back, seeing that I was startled. I took the little gesture and bolted out of there. I was just walking aimlessly now until I bumped into a door saying New York, and it was glowing bright yellow. I open the door and peek my head through. There's a giant staircase that goes up. "S-scary," I mutter. I take a leaping jump onto the first step since the step is seriously huge. "ugh, who made these steps?!?" It took me an hour and a half to get to the top. "finally at the top...and another door." There I was at another door. This time, I open the door with less caution and walk out. Bad idea. I walk into a sea of legs and almost fall over immediately. I scramble to find footing and run to a dark ally. I sit down and try to find some warmth on the uncomfortable concrete floor. -sniff- -sniff- " I wanna go home." I curl into a ball and cry. That night, I slept in the ally with nothing but a cardboard box. *My eye was still bleeding when I went to bed*
day 2: I wake up to a cat playing with my antenna. "very different start from yesterday." I get up sore in lots of places from my adventures yesterday and walk out of the ally looking for a better place to stay. I go down to the end of the street to a place that says "park" and go there since it looks abandoned. I was wrong two turtle boys around my age were there. I skirted around the edges of the bushes so they did not hear me. Until I stepped on a twig. ~snap~ I looked up to them looking over here. "oh shoot...book it." I started running for the third time in the past 48 hours. I looked back to see them following me. "Shoot got to run faster." I sped my pace up until I reached another ally. "Oh no, a dead end!!" I was now cornered and cowering underneath a cardboard box. The turtle boys come around the corner, muttering something. I whimper, trying to fit better in the box. They lift the side back to see me better, and I turn to face the wall away from them. the blue one takes first, "Hey you...wanna come outa there?" "You just chased me for like two blocks! no, I'm not coming out." they shuffle around so they can see me better. the purple one speaks next, "I'm Donnie, and this is my brother Leo. We can take you home at least so you can get cleaned up." I look at them skeptically. "You won't do any science experiments on me, will you?" the one named Leo comes over. "We won't do that, silly!! Why would you say something like that." Donnie elbows him in the ribs. Leo continues, "What is your name?" I startle since no one has ever asked me that before. "H-holly." I come out of the box and stare at the ground. "W-where do you live?" I look up and smile weakly. Donnie holds out his hand, and I take it meekly. we walked down to a sewer manhole and opened it with the help of the three of us. We drop down and come into a big opining with four rooms and a living room. while I'm looking around a rat man comes in furiously "Donnie Leo where have you been I have been worried SICK"....
