Chapter 1 To Lotus Eaters “Two clans, two territories. All was at peace in the Ocean Cove for many seasons. There was Asterclan; known for their muscular build and their tough paw pads after living on a rocky territory for generations. Then Sparrowclan which was known for their-” A little light tabby she-cat interrupted suddenly, “Sleek posture and thorn-resistant pelts. We know, Bluebell’love!” The feline who was telling the story sighed, his amber eyes gleaming with mischief, “Don’t spoil it for your little sisters, Poppy’paw.” he meowed simply. He shook his silver pelt as two she-kits crawled on his back, “Hey! I’m telling a story here!” he scoffed lightly. “Let me continue. Even though Poppy’paw might know, you guys should learn too about the strong and brave, Bluebell’love!” The two she-kits squealed as they ran over to Bluebell’love, tumbling over each other to get the best spot. Poppy’paw laid down comfortably as the dark tabby she-kit found a spot next to her older sister’s flank. The white one, though, crawled over to Bluebell’love, her eyes wide with curiosity, ``Tell us more! I want to know!`` Bluebell’love smiled, ``Alright, Dahlia’kit. Keep your ears pricked, Rose’kit!`` he snapped playfully at the dark she-kit as she started dozing off. She jumped back into reality after Poppy’paw nudged her, ``Yes, Bluebell’love.`` she mewed quietly, ``Tell us the story.`` Bluebell’love smiled before starting, ``As I was saying..``
