Ari, you are amazing. You are my like literally best friend. You're always there for me, even when I'm not for you. I try to be though. You are great, and such an amazing person. Never think you aren't deserving of anyone or anything. You deserve everything, even if you don't think so. (Of course, you don't deserve the bad stuff.) Never think you are less than you are. You are so nice, and kind, and amazing. I know things are really rough for you, but I know you can get through it. And don't apologize. It's not your fault you're burdened with this. I know you will get over this, and you will be happy again. I always feel a lot better after crying; it's a good way to get out all the emotions you are feeling.
