arrows to move if you run on a wall and hold down jump button while holding down the arrow that points to the wall you want to wall climb then you will start climbing the wall and if you touch the green stuff that acid and will put you back at the start
also if you noclip into a wall face away from the wall with arrow keys and hold down up arrow
