You can move by using the arrow keys. You can kill zombies by using the sword. Switch your inventory by pressing the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 or clicking on them. If you click on the keypad or click slice the sword will slice at the zombies and kill them. It will only kill them if you slice at them.
