Neo is a new Character I came up with. his visor is powered by a small gummy (generic unified matter), so it is powerful enough to shoot powerful beams and to even teleport short distances, though he cannot pass through walls.
He's from the semi distant future, say 100 years later. In his timeline, an army of robots took over the entire planet, and he eventually joined a rebellion. one day, a group of robots nearly killed him, until he found an experimental time machine and travelled back 100 years. Now, with him in the picture, his goal is to stop the robot army from taking shape. He'll probably be in a wonky-based game at some point.
