Hello! This is my terms of service where you will find all the information about what to do with my art/designs after you have obtained them! :D It is a very scary world out there, with lots of thiefs, plagiarizers, and people who don't credit other artists. SO, here is a list of rules that you must follow for me to give you some art/designs. 1: Crediting. You MUST CREDIT me for any art and/or designs you obtain from me. Either add a little credit note in the reference or in the description of the post that the image is in. My art must be credited every single time it is used, however, you do not have to credit me for a design every time you draw them. They should at least be credited in their refrence sheet. 2: Tracing. You may trace my art as long as you DO NOT post it. We all start somewhere, but it is called PLAGIARISM if you post the art you traced. (Which means that the artwork/literature that you posted isn't an original work and you copied it from someone else) I was a tracer before I started scratch, so I never posted any of the art I made back then :) 3: referencing my art. Referencing my art peices for anatomy practice, design layout, or development of craft is a-okay with me as long as you DO NOT directly TRACE the line art. Referencing is when you take an image and block out it's simple shapes to use in your own work. Posting referenced images are fine with me and do not need credit. ;) 4: Designs. If you no longer want a design that you got from me, please CHECK with me BEFORE getting rid of it. I make a lot of designs for other people and some of them I REALLY love. If I want it back, please just give it back! 5: Art from you. When offering art for any designs or art trades, you must draw my characters AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE. If my designs are too complicated for you, then you are NOT FIT to make a trade with me. I've had too many people ignore color palettes, anatomy, and patterning of my characters and it is getting a bit frustrating. 6: Denying service. I have the right to not give you art or designs if I don't want to. This will not always be the case though, it really depends on the situation. Please do not complain or beg if I deny service to you. No means no. If you spam me, you are getting reported. 7: Blacklists. If you break any of my rules above your username will be placed on a list that will limit my services to you. Depending on the severity of the offense, you will either be GRAYLISTED or BLACKLISTED. If you are graylisted, it means that you made a minor offense multiple times without fixing it, made one major offense without fixing it(not crediting/stealing art), or one of my friends has warned me about you not making good choices. This mark will make me more weary of giving you any art and/or designs to you. If you are blacklisted, this means you have made a major offense on more than one occasion without fixing it or have made too many minor offenses for me to put up with it anymore. This mark will kick you from recieving any of my services forever no acceptions as well as give you a free report to scratch team. ^^
