Update on all of my mythtopianpegasus horsies! 1] First up, I took Rocky out for some zoomies. We didn't go very far as all of the horses were just having a chill day today, but Rocky loves his zoomies so I try to do them every once in a while with him. 2-3] Next, I brought out Storm for some dressage practice. We were in the arena for about 10 minutes, just working on some transitions. She did amazingly! 4-5] Then it was Lavender's turn. I was planning on doing some dressage with him, but decided at the last minute to do some pole work instead. We definitely need some more practice but he did well! 6-7] Next, Piper decided she wanted to ride Falcon. She's gotten used to riding him now and feels comfortable, so I let her ride him alone whilst I got on with some mucking out. She really enjoyed her ride! 8-9] Then I took Talisman on a nice, chill hack. It was very short and we didn't do too much, but we both had fun. 10-11] Next I tacked up Tunes. Tunes doesn't get ridden too often as he doesn't compete and doesn't enjoy jumping as much as my other horses. I worked him a bit harder than the rest and he was a really good boy! 12-13] After that, I brought Thunder into the round pen. Instead of just doing general dressage work with him, I decided to do a full test I had memorized from a previous show. He's really great with his transitions and he did an amazing job! 14-15] Then I grabbed Chrys and took him into the indoor arena. We just did some basic walk, trot, canter. I'm thinking of letting Piper ride him soon as he's one of my smaller horses and I think she'd like him. 16-17] Finally, it was Romeo's turn. I only just got him recently, I haven't ridden him yet and he doesn't have tack. I was planning on riding him bareback, but decided against it as I'd rather get to know him a bit more first. Instead, I lunged him and he did a really good job! All of the horses were turned out after this and they all got lots of treats!
