Have you ever wondered what would happen if Bert and the gang were in Charlie/Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory? I know I have. So I decided to make this story to explain just what happens if they did. But common to my work, there is always something strange going on. Flopalops are the Oompa-Loompas. What could be cooler than that? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
