Welcome to Super Mario Wistful! Explore starry mushroom fields, ruined towers, and Ninji-infested pagoda's. Find secret exits, collect coins, and fight one groovy boss. Some say that there are hidden golden Moons that grant a rare reward... This game is about 3 years old on the dot. And it isn't even finished. You can technically reach the end of the game by beating Bowser, but that's about it. No extra phases or secret levels. I'm sorry that people have been waiting for this for so long. Life has gotten in the way, and my motivation has tanked for anymore Scratch projects. I haven't worked on this for at least a year, probably more. I've wanted to finish this up, as it has so little left to do, but I couldn't bring myself to. I still hope that you guys have loads of fun playing it. This may very well be my final big game on Scratch, though I plan to release a few more unfinished games. Feel free to take this over the finish line and complete it. I can't say I will. I am still planning to hop on this site from time to time, but graduating brings everything into perspective. Credit to everyone that got me this far, whether with playtesting, inspiration, custom music, or even just dropping a follow. It's been a wild ride and I'm happy I got to do it with all of you. Special Shoutout to @-JAM58-, truly a wonderful person. Note to Remixers: Debug code can be found and changed in the DEBUG sprite. You can find what each of the debug keys do in the SMW sprite. All I had planned to add to the game was a phase after pressing the button on Bowser where the castle would start to crumble, so you have to race out, and the obligatory big Bowser phase, where he'd be all souped up on the toxins. I also planned to do a final level, which all I got around to do was make a background for it. Any purple you see in-game is either for the ground collision or enterable pipe collision. Fun Fact: My only in-game self made remix is the song that plays for Mr. Wah's boss fight.
