We have announced and started planning for our first group, (ROSSA!) and as always we require staff. These staff are mostly versatile assistants, as we have a self made policy, but of course we could never expect our members and ceo alone to do all the work. We need managers, promoters, and songwriters/potential producers(?) We can handle video editing and graphic design. ————————————————————————— ☆ Please keep in mind group managers will be expected to check the official studio semi often, and they will play a large role in planning comebacks. We want to stress that group managers work hand in hand with the ceo to manage groups, as well as members having heavy input. ☆ Promoters will simply advertise around if there are auditions, a comeback, or something of that nature. If advertising is not allowed, promoters may not promote in that space. If they do, they will be immediately removed from the company, as we believe this is disrespectful and unnecessary. ☆ Songwriters/producers will work with groups to create music, instead of handling it by themselves. We have stated many times our belief in self made groups, and having staff will not remove that core value from us. Songwriters must listen and consider opinions of members who are collaborating on a song, if any are collaborating on it.
