Back Story: Percy was born in the water by a dirty of the ocean and an ocean nymph, so (s)he can become any sea creature. (s)he is like water, Fluid, so (s)he can change between any gender, but can't control it. Percy grew up in a coral reef off the coast of Costa Rica, soon moved to America when (s)he figured out the human form, enough t look like one.
