This is my Rain World OC, Arcturus! He's got no powers. This is actually a digital drawing of the first drawing I made, and the first drawing hit the spot, because I haven’t changed the design at all! I hope you like him :D Also, Arcturus loves to garden. Another cool thing about Arcturus is that the green parts on the ear and limb tips actually move! It looks like paint dripping, or kinda like a lava lamp. Very fun to animate! UPDATE: The green parts now glow in the dark! (Includes the eyes) ! IMPORTANT FOR FANART ! Okay. Guys, it’s fine if you do make them green, but the little gold ‘rings’ on the tail and marks under eyes ARE NOT GREEN, they are gold sillys! (Also the green parts and the eyes glow in the dark, just so you know) You need to let me know if you make fan art so I can add it to the Arcturus studio.
