Yes, this is a new design to yall, but I've actually had this design for a while now and haven't really shown it on Scratch yet. NO, this doesn't mean the Novaverse is making a return soon, but the lore is in the works currently. @Joelerific (Rydia) actually did make the original design for this version of Nova, in which I have ever so slightly altered. Also, in addition, this version of Nova isn't really the same character as the Nova you've seen, since with the reboot of the Novaverse, everything is gonna be rewritten and changed, however, most things like personality and whatnot are the same.
