Set accent to 4 to get a syncopation. Set accent to 2 for a different syncopation. Set accent to 3 to lose that syncopation. 0.85 speed seems about right.
Trying a 4 against 3 syncopation, which is accenting every 4th beat when the words are a triplet (1. turn-the, 2. TV, 3. Off). Set it to accent every 3 gives only a triplet, like a waltz, and no syncopation. Set it to accent every 2, gives another syncopation, 2 against 3. I saw a show at super bowl half time last year that made me think of 4 against 3 syncopation, as in the song "Gary Indiana" (gary indiANa gary INdiana GAry indiana).
