Just a quick test. Enter a string, and have it scrambled! This is basically useless unless you want to scramble words. Which, I guess, is the whole point, so never mind. x3
Took about 10 minutes, this is just a test. I showed all variables and lists so you can (kind of) see what's going on. Click the blue [ See inside ] button to remix or see the scripts. Internally there is an additional script which you can use to repeatedly run until you get the output you want. (Turbo Mode is very recommended). If you want to use this, feel free.
