https://turbowarp.org/editor?size=1280x720 use this turbowarp link and export the boarder sprite in this project, then on the link import the sprite and center it (coordinates 0,0) and send it to last layer. use this as a guild to center your anims, if your not using scratch then just export the svg and center it onto your animation software canvas (SIZE THE BOARDER SPRITE TO 200)
