Flurry Fables Part 119

Instructions

Cobalt gasped shooting awake. She found herself in a cell, each leg chained to both walls on either side of her. There was also a chain around her neck going from the roof to the floor and a heavy cover on her tail. She tried to move her mouth but the tight muzzle wouldn't let her. ~That stupid brother-imitating-fruit eater better not hurt Eclipse~ she thought. She tried to pull free but had virtually no room to move. She sighed quietly, best save her energy for when escape presented itself. Gecko looked at Flurry who was just glaring at Eclipse. Eclipse sat there unable to get free. Shadow was so confused, he knew this wasn't Sahara, why was Flurry convinced she cursed him?! It made no sense! "What did you do to Flurry?" He snarled finally. Gecko leaned in, whispering in Shadows ear "I changed his memory. Another fun thing I can do with memory dives. And I can make him hate you more than anything if you cross me." Gecko threatened. Shadow nodded looking at Flurry sadly. Gecko walked over to Eclipse. "What to see first? Hmmmmm I have this little concoction that can do some really fun things when swallowed. Wanna see?" He teased Eclipse poking her nose. She tried to thrash free terrified. Gecko picked up a vial, it was filled with a somewhat clear orange liquid. He smiled drawing some of its contents into a syringe without a needle tip. He walked over to Eclipse as she tried to get free, holding her head still he shoved the syringe into her mouth, forcing the liquid down her throat. She gagged, coughing as he stepped back. Eclipse whimpered in fear, trying to get free "Oh calm down, it won't kill you. Though you may wish it did with what'll happen." Gecko laughed. Flurry smiled happily, waiting for it to take effect. Shadow was confused and sad. This wasn't like Flurry, this was all very wrong. Eclipse groaned, her stomach feeling like it was twisting into tight knots inside her. She coughed, talons twitching. Suddenly she started to spasm, pinkish foam began oozing from her mouth as she thrashed, rasping for breath. Shadow watched horrified as more and more foam poured from her mouth and she thrashed, twisting and wrenching in sudden, violent bursts. Eventually, an hour later, it began to wear off and Eclipse whimpered quietly, spitting away the foam in her mouth. Gecko dragged her off to her cell, across from Cobalt who saw the state of her friend and tried to thrash, attempting to scream curses at Gecko unsuccessfully. He smiled "Oh she'll live." He said and left. Eclipse began crying "Flurry's gone... He doesn't recognize me at all... The torture is bad yes but, he's my friend and all he sees when he looks at me is the one who cursed him, the one who gave him lots of horrible memories of being forced against his will to do awful things. The one who eternally bound him to suffer death over and over. To him I'm a monster" she cried, sobbing. Cobalt felt bad but couldn't say anything with the muzzle. Eventually Eclipse fell asleep.
