(Don't just use the fill-tool, don't just make it all one color, and try to make it look like a real cat.) -You may add a backdrop. -You may animate (If possible). -Make sure to delete the "DELETE ME" costumes before you remix your entry. If this rule is not followed, your entry will not count. -You may use a different program, such as Sumopaint, Pixlr, ect. -And finally...
