18/01/2026 - i wanted to add sound effects, but then i got bored... so they're incomplete and break 90% of the time. plus they're trash it is definitely not fully complete, but the idea still stands it's not the most polished game, so don't judge my art, and don't judge the fact that i just made the project "stop all" when you win and reset very abruptly when you die. it's still in the works, okay. yknow even though this game has only two enemies there's suprisingly semi fun gameplay in my point of view. but i guess it does get repetitive. and if you really think this game is too easy and you can beat it too many times, then you can take out the one "stop all" block in the code and you can go even harder. but then the difficulty will start to break a bit, so just deal with it being "too easy" i guess. you can figure out how the progression system works yourself. it's pretty self-explanatory when you just play it. i guess you could call this game somewhat like jsab, but i wasn't rly going in that direction when i first started. i got inspired to make this by @DaPerson2023 and his project "Shape Breaker". basically i felt inspired to make something better than his one. so this project is semi inspired by windowkill now, even though i had no idea what windowkill was in the first place. heh. controls - wasd to move - space to dash - p to pause if you really want to i guess tips - dashing makes you invincible for the tiny period of time that you dash in. use that to your advantage. i won't tell you how. - don't waste your dashes so much, only dash when necessary, but don't feel afraid to use it when you need to. basically find a balance. yeah that's all i could think for tips.
