Backstory: Patches was a regular dog. He had a loving family - or so he thought. He was having fun with his family, but before he knew it, he found himself in an alley way, all by himself. His breathing was heavy as he sat down. It couldn't be true... Right? The truth slowly settled and it was harsh. He had been abandoned. Patches was often seen wandering the streets as the days went on. He was walking along a particularly strange street one day when he found a building filled with color and happiness. Patches, being as curious as he was, entered the building. He was greeted with a vibrant wash of colors, within a play area. But strangely, there were no people around. It gave Patches a creepy feeling, so he turned around, hoping to exit the strange building. But he found out that the door was gone, replaced by a colorful wall. It was though there had never been a door there. He shrugged it off, thinking he was hallucinating, and besides, its better here than the alleys. So, he spent his days there, slowly becoming one with the area, as he called it, "The Dreamspace." It is said, he is still looking for the exit, eternally, for centuries to come.
