RiverClan’s Boat: Run by the RiverClan Team — THE BOAT: “The Prima Volan”, translated to English from Latin as “The First Flying Fish”, is a three-story harbor cruise ship named after Piscis Volans — a constellation resembling a flying fish. Alongside its twoleg owner, the boat is home to three other inhabitants: two cats and a dog. The first cat, aged around 43 moons, takes the name of Juliet; a reference to the Shakespearean tragedy. Her pelt is a charming shade of sepia brown, complimented by a white underbelly and snout. Slightly darker swirling stripes cascade across her fur like unabating waves. Her build is stocky and muscular. She stands at a height of 14’’. Juliet is welcoming and warm, yet also determined and focused. She knows everything there is to know about living on the boats, and will be a key part of RiverClan’s experience. The second cat is significantly less social than the former, taking the name of Bug. They are petite and pale white, like a whitefly. Bug will not engage in conversation unless entirely necessary. Although they have not stated a specific age, one can estimate that they somewhere between 4 and 7 moons. Juliet is their caretaker. The final occupant is a dog named Captain. He is a rather large German Shepard who is strictly kept within the boat’s living quarters. He won’t interact with the cats at all. The bottom floor of the ship will house warriors, apprentices, and elders. It is fully closed off with no access to the outside, except for windows that line each side. Seats and tables line every wall, an assortment of cat beds and pillows placed everywhere. A dancefloor sits in the center of the floor, reminiscent of what the boat had previously been used for. It’s well lit and nicely decorated. A spiral staircase connects it to the middle floor. The middle floor of the boat is half closed and half deck. The interior shelters Wingedstar, Splashdance, the medicine cats, and the current residents of the nursery. Similar to the lower level, chairs and tables line the walls. Furthest from the deck sits a pile of cat beds surronded by a baby gate. It is filled with cat toys, generously curated by the owner of the boat. The medicine cats sleep right next to it. Wingedstar and Splashdance sleep on the other side of the floor. The deck is open and clean, allowing the cats to mingle and conversate outside. It’s a nice shade of oak, very polished and well-kept. The top floor can only be accessed through a hidden staircase on the second floor. It contains the boat’s owner’s living quarters. Juliet, Bug, and Captain sleep on this floor. It is not open to the clan cats. The exterior of the boat is new and polished. The bottom half is a nice navy blue, a red stripe running across it. The ship’s name is written on it in a gold, cursive font. The upper half is white with windows lining it. It has a generally classic and timeless look. Cat food is served upon request. BOAT ACTIVITIES: Seashell Rolling Upon request, an 8-sided die can be used to gain a seashell. Based on the number rolled, someone can obtain: Tiger Cowry Channeled Duck Clam Calico Clam Great Scallop Calico Scallop Lion’s Paw Scallop Baby’s Ear Shell Queen Conch If a number between 1-7 is rolled, a wheelspin containing the words “Yes” and “No” can be done upon request to turn the seashell into a necklace. If “Yes” is rolled, the seashell was successfully turned into a necklace. If “No” is rolled, the seashell was not turned into a necklace. This will be limited to 40 cats, one roll per person. Hide and Seek Up to 10 Cats aged 6-16 moons can participate in a game of hide and seek every Saturday and Wednesday. They’ll each be assigned a number. Each number will be put in a random number generator, and whoever wins will be given a cat toy as a prize. Cats can only win once. BEFRIENDING NPCS: Roleplayers will have the chance to have their characters befriend the boat’s NPCs. Juliet will operate on a 6-sided die system. 1-2 is a miss, 3 is acquaintances, 4-5 is friends, and 6 is close friends. Bug will operate on a 12-sided die system. 1-6 is a miss, 7-9 is acquaintances, 10-11 is friends, and 12 is close friends. Non-moderated activities include stargazing, listening to music played on the boat, and whatever else a roleplayer can dream up.
