This is part 15 for the MAP and also my entry for @zooIights rotating DTA. I entered for Rain, Rain, Go Away :DD His name is Cumulo! He is the embodiment of clouds/rain. Just a little guy on a cloud that rains on people. He likes people who like rain (naturally) and rainbows. He dislikes rude people who say they hate the rain and deserts (he's scared of them).
