Here's a bit of backstory to this part: Elsa Cat is singing about not letting people in (hence her pushing the chair against the door) and not letting them see (um... yeah don't mind how she suddenly gets disturbing long arms, but she is gesturing not letting them see) and to be the gud gurl she always has to be. And by being a good girl, she is doing her chores by throwing her trash away! (That backstory makes no sense I know.)
