'Not sure if I followed the theme right, I hope i did. I focused on the dynamic animation and the background rule, so I lost a bit of the storm-E feeling in there. Also, by overlay, did you mean the rain effect or shaking? Or the lightning flashes like the thumbnail? Cuz I can remove the rain since I was more intelligent than usual and did not merge every layer in existence this time
