some quick lore: so he was at school when um well lets just say a huge attack happed and he found his siblings and they all got kidnapped by the government to be made into something like a super solider ig and they all went sort of insane because well they were stuck there since the early 2000's they broke out of the facilty and are now in the world
um i based him off of a drawing i made when i was bored
