Keegan is based on my old cat by the same name. He used to be able to stretch almost twice his length, so I made his fictional version able to stretch tenfold like a spaghetti noodle. He also walks (or waddles, to be more accurate) on his hind legs. He's the smartest one out of all my OCs, but can't show it because he is, after all, a cat. Bonus: instead of making regular cat noises, he just says "meow" in a really deep voice.
