only use the complain cntr for - # reporting a user's inappropriate behaviour # reporting a non dti (or aes) project by a curator in the studio # advertising from a studio that has not filled a form to do so out a form # a project, studio, or user that breaks scratch's & dti angels guidelines # a curator who trades for vip but does not meet there end (we strictly advise never to do this) # a reporter who breaks any of the rules. do not use this as a spam box, and if these happen, not only report to the complain cntr but report the comment. if drama does happen to arise within the community and you report it, the managers will take swift action to report the ENTIRE thread. no pity. if you falsely accuse someone of breaking the rules, you will receive a warning. repeated false accusations may lead to removal.
