This is for Another RP, this is Felix, his covered eye can see up to 10 miles more than the normal human (which is 3 miles), and the rune thing on his hand can cast basic spells, healing and teleportation, because he has two, one on each hand, though he has a 2 hour cooldown for the spells, but an hour cooldown for his cursed eye
