WIP (the game may go a little crazy at times but this is for development and is normal, so please stand by if the game seems wierd, because trust me, it probably gets better later) (pls dont be mad at me for not using proper capitalization!) (so far only q does anything lol) CURRENT CATS: 1. cat 2. tank cat (but not playable b/c im using eoc1 korea stats and tank cat didnt exist then) TODO: (in order of urgency) 1. sprite layering (DONE) 2. smooth cooldown bars (DONE) 2.5. make it possible to have 2 cooldowns on at once (DONE) 2.9. worker cat (WIP) 2.9.5 write cost text 3.1. cat base & enemy base costumes (DONE) (out of order) 4. enemies, attacking, and knockback (enemies done) 5. (finally) more cats (moved to 3rd) (done) planning on: cat, tank, axe, gross, cow implemented: cat, tank 6. original game by PONOS (one of my favorite games ❤) the background is a free image I found online, but most of the rest of the sprites had to be drawn by me (with references) im very proud of my cat base costume that i drew myself (u can look in the costumes to see how much i had to fine-tune the bezier curves and whatnot) CHANGE LOG: (MM/DD/YY) 01/27/25 or 01/28/25 added cooldown bars 01/30/25 (kind of) added tank as a placeholder caus im too lazy to draw sprite 01/31/25 added mobile support (buggy) and a few sound effects, also added tank cat 02/02/25 improved cat deployment system (while trying to fix a bug that remains unfixed…?) 02/03/25 made cat sizing more accurate to the actual game 02/04/25 added enemy base (but no enemy) 02/05/25 added the cat cannon (doesnt do anything yet & i might remove it b/c the quirks of using the pen extension blocks) 02/10/25 started adding money system and added enemies (but no attacking yet) (the money display is kind of broken so for the while u can take a look at the ugly bright orange variable in the top left hand corner) 02/13/25 finished money system (it used up a lot of brainpower) ;-; 02/19/25 (almost) done with the cost display numbers; all thats left is to figure out how to properly center align a text display :) 02/20/2025 done with version 0.2, will now switch projects to work on attacking :) 02/24/2025 starting on attacking wait stop scrolling noooo ur mental health is in danger STOP FREEZE since ur a nosy brat (haha ur mental health was in danger after all) (just kidding lol) u can look in the costumes for the 'enemy control' sprite for special cheats i added in (mostly for dev, tho)
