A retro-style game where you fight off hordes of monsters as an angel [Instructions in game.] -WASD to Move -Click and Hold to Charge Bow -Release to Fire -[F] to use Ultimate Ability [15s Cooldown] -You Have Seven HP -Enemy Types- ._________________________________________. Worm: Standard Enemy, only one hit to defeat. Fast spawn rate, medium movement pace. ._________________________________________. Reaper: Complex Enemy, two hits to defeat. Medium spawn rate, slow movement pace. ._________________________________________. Dark Angel: Complex Enemy, two hits to defeat. Medium spawn rate, fast movement pace. TIP: Due to the rustic style of charging the bow before fire, enemies will quickly reach you before you shoot. Move away from enemies as they spawn, but don't get too close to the edge. TIP: The ultimate ability is basically guaranteed to clear all enemies in the area. While it only has a 15s cooldown, it might be a good idea to save it for a tight spot. TIP: The arrows pierce through any enemies in their path before hitting the edge. Try to line up your shots with a train of enemies to get multiple kills with one arrow. TIP: The enemies spawn from the right and left sides of the screen Avoid those areas and try to stay near the top of the screen if moving away from an enemy.
This is my first game using pixel art, and I honestly love this project so much. By converting the editor to bitmap, zooming in a lot, and setting the paint tool size to one, you can do pixel art. I sized them to 600. This is my favorite project in my years of being on Scratch, and my hope is that you'll enjoy it as well.
