This is Michael Jackson from his Blood On The Dance Floor music video! In 1997 Michael released his 10th studio album/6th solo album called "Blood On The Dance Floor: HIStory in the mix". It's pretty underrated because it only had 5 new songs (The other 8 are HIStory remixes). The video mentions Susie, who is mentioned a lot in songs from the HIStory era.
