This project finds the day of the week for any day you enter. It goes back a couple decades in case someone wants to find out what day of the week it was when a particular event occurred or something like that. The project takes leap years into account and it doesn't let you submit "February 31st" and such. Do what Scratch Cat tells you and you'll be alright.
NOTES January is considered the first month in this project. We're assuming this project isn't being looked at in 2100. _______________ FUN FACTS Leap years (where February has 29 days) typically occur every four years. However, they're skipped every time the year is a multiple of 100 but not 400. This means that the leap year was skipped in 1700, 1800, and 1900, but not in 2000. The next skipped leap year will be in 2100. January 1st of the year 2000 was a Saturday. January is the first month on this calendar because it's named after the Roman god of all beginnings. I read this on Britannica.
