This is the BEST SSB Refreshed tier-list maker, with all 13 characters (Base Refreshed to DLC 1.1)! All character tiles are now draggable. Press space to cut the tiles down to size. Stack them up, hover your mouse over the pile, and press space to return them back to their original sizes. Click the tier list to change it to listed, numbered, or the NEW matchup chart! The numbered list has numbers you can drag to number the tiles (in any order). Press M to mute the music. Press B to change to dark mode, or back to light. Press C to change the versions of SG and PK. Press V to do this when they are smaller. Press L to do this for PM and Mariano when they are large, and S when they are smaller.
