Rtech is conducting surveillance around Pandem due to recent tensions rising in the area. The purpose of the mission is to attempt to prevent spill over into Los Isles or at least provide early warnings to The Rtech Republic if any conflict arises. This case will likely not happen, but this mission will allow Rtech to conduct drills in unfamiliar waters. It will also serve to protect any assets we have in the region. Not that anyone cares...
