So, I went to El Garcia to see what's up over there and I found a nice and rare Dover hydraulic lift in a former Honeywell industrial complex from 1962. For some odd reason, the lift is not original to the building as it's been added later in 1977. This Honeywell factory closed in 1996 and became abandoned. Then, a new company known as "JoeTronicRefurb" was created in 2001 and they bought the industrial site. The complex has been renovated between 2001 and 2003 but they kept this Dover lift. However, the ancient Standard Electric Time fire alarm system from 1962 has been replaced in 2003 with a FireSweeper addressable system which has a Simplex 4003 voice evac panel and EST Integrity horn strobes, speaker strobes and remote strobes which are properly synced. Then, this Dover lift got modded by Schindler in 2013 because the hydraulic pump unit failed and there were no spare parts available. They used HydroWare stuff and the mod itself is pretty decent and the lift is very efficient. This mod keeps the mechanical bells in use, but they added the Eurolift voice and the Eurolift button beep noise which is odd but kinda cool. It's also got some special "Upside-down" holeless telescoping hydraulic pistons with chains which were manufactured by Deves/Deve instead of Dover and that makes this lift pretty unique. Also, JoeTronicRefurb is an electronic seller, recycler and refurbisher. They've been selling business class PCs (laptops and desktops) and refurbishing/recycling electronics since 2003. JoeTronicRefurb is the biggest computer and mobile device seller of El Garcia. In fact, the most common desktops (Dell OptiPlex, Precision, Lenovo ThinkCentre, ThinkStation and HP ProDesk, EliteDesk and Z workstations), laptops (Mid-range and high-end Dell Latitude, Precision & Lenovo ThinkPads) and mobile devices (Mid-range or high-end Android smartphones and tablets) are devices which have been refurbished by JoeTronicRefurb because El Garcia is full of tech savvy people who knows that buying a refurbished PC or Android device is better than buying a new one because it's cheaper, it's more eco-friendly and it's better than buying a new low-end piece of garbage that breaks in a year (*Cough cough cheap HP laptops*). This company (JoeTronicRefurb) is also specialized in repairing electronics and they have tons of spare parts. Anyways, that's the end of the description.
