Elevator #31 This is the only elevator in this side of the green 4004's Garage to serve all floors, but this thing is unreliable and breaks a lot. It's also quite speedy! Now for the worst part. This elevator is regularly targeted by Anti-MS54 Vandals. They keep vandalizing the elevator with insults towards MS54 and other whatnot. Most of the people responsible have been arrested, but some are still out there with active warrants. In Pleasant City, disrespecting MS54, Tempest, or anyone in the UOCD is a FELONY, punishable by up to 5 Years in prison and/or a $25,000 Fine.
