Turn on Turbo Mode to play (Shift- Click Green Flag) Arrow keys to move around. Dodge the white. Pretty straightforward.
Levels past 20 are essentially the same difficulty, although they are very hard. I can't maintain such a high level of focus, but it is very possible.
