Hiii! Ok so basically February break for my school was a few weeks ago and me and my mom had the idea to make a cute little beach town! We went to Florida for break and wanted to buy a run down town and build it into an amazing little beach town, so I decided why not make a beach town on scratch? one that can be enjoyed for everyone! I will make the project on @Hrxse_Gxrl but to reserve a condo or hotel room read on and reserve in the soon to be studio!! RULES -1- You can NOT use this! -if you do I can -and will- report you! (no warning) -2- You can come by and rent one of our horses or bring your own! -3- You can come and enjoy a lovely walk along a bunch of beautiful trails and beaches! -4- Come by and enjoy <33 FACILITIES: -1- Condos We have a bunch of condos for lease, you must rent them for a minimum of 1 month and max of 6 months at a time. There are 4 different buildings each containing 20 Condos, each building is titled something different so you don't get confused and they all have direct access to a beach and their very own pool and hot tub. -2- Suites We have giant suites instead of regular hotel rooms. Each suite had 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. All suites are cleaned and beds are made daily or by request. We have suites that come with horse stalls or ones that do not. Please match the suite room to the horse barn! <33 -3- Barn We have 2 giant 18 stall horse barns, meaning that is the max we can have of horses. Each stall is a roomy box stall, plus you have the choice of run-in (shed and mini paddock) or regular stall. (we have 4 run-ins available). -4- Trails Take your horse on a lovely trail ride, or just enjoy the view! We have 2 trails, a riding trail and a walking trail. Enjoy many acres of amazing trails! -5- Beach Since we are a beach town we have to have a beach! Enjoy a vast amount of space, unfortunately due to safety reasons horses aren't allowed on the beach from 7am- 7pm! But feel free to ride on the beaches before or after opening hours! -6- Arenas We have 2 outdoor and one indoor arena. each can fit 10 horses. We can not and will not reserve a spot for you to ride in, sorry! -7- Lounge We have an additional lounge building in it we have; games (video and board), books, tvs, a place to sit and eat, drink (only juices, water and soda) or relax. -8- Additional Shops and restaurants You, yes you! can have your very own shop or restaurant here at the horse comm beach town! or HCBT Please fill out form in soon to be studio and your form will be accepted! When the open house tour comes please please please check it out and see which building you want! PRICES Yes we need prices just because we can't be in business without making money! Our currency is BT (beach town) Condo: 1 month: 10 2+ month: 2 per month Suite: 2 nights: 7 3+ nights: 3 per night Stall for horse: Additional 4 on full price (no matter how long) Lounge: VIP card (access to everything): 11 Member card (access to some games, most foods and bev): 9 Restaurants and shops: Varies on shop/ restaurants and what you got) Every shop or restaurant must take: GE || HS || FF || AS || GH || Ask for others!
