Most players whine about the water and Hill Zone so that's why I had to deduct 1 point not because I made it that I would automatically give it 10 points but because I also know that from the games that I've played a lot of people whine about the maps. :/
In case you're wondering if why if I had to deduct 1 point then how come the rank is a 7 and not a 9 out of 10, well there's also level design and also the annoying parts with the water if you were to drown because you were getting chased underwater by the EXE. (Add air bubbles?)
