hey campers!! happy swc, and welcome to fairy tales <3 this session, our mission is to follow in rapunzel’s footsteps, and take a journey to reach the “floating lights.” throughout the month, we’ll be able to engage in several unique activities, one corresponding with each location we reach in our journey! 一一 ⚬ ☀ ⚬ 一一 since this is the cabin that will not win, everything is completely low-stress; there’s no pressure to engage in our activities, but we’d love to have you participate! each one touches on some sort of cabin bonding or memory-making moment, so it’s up to you what you decide to make of the experience. our first activity takes place in rapunzel’s tower! 一一 ⚬ ☀ ⚬ 一一 ⤷ ACTIVITY 1: COLOR BY NUMBER being a chameleon, pascal is really good at hide and seek, so our first task is to find him before we leave on our journey! …so how does it work? below, you can find a list of 14 prompts — each one related to a fact about yourself. for this activity, your job is to talk to as many people in your cabin as you can find, and identify people who share a fact in common with you! for example, if the prompt was “favorite color”, and my favorite color is coral, i would need to find someone else with the same favorite color. there is no limit to how many prompts you can answer, but once one group replies to THIS PROJECT with their partnership, prompt, and what the answer to the prompt was, a few spots on the color by number will be revealed! each prompt can only be answered once, and the same two people in a partnership can only answer two prompts maximum (the partners can then find new people to bond with and continue). 一一 ⚬ ☀ ⚬ 一一 ⤷ PROMPTS: ✔️favourite disney princess fav fairy tale creature (mermaid, unicorn, vampire etc) ✔️favourite cultural cuisine ✔️participate in the same extracurricular ✔️fav season favorite school subject fave thing about swc fave flower fave disney movie fav book trope same first swc session ✔️fav time of day (like midnight, 3:45pm, high noon... etc etc) fav music genre ✔️fav harry potter book (not having read them can also be an answer) 一一 ⚬ ☀ ⚬ 一一 CREDITS!! ⤷ thumb – canva (designed by reese) ⤷ color by number – made by reese, nini, and rockie ⤷ prompts – brainstormed by all three of us ⤷ nini and rockie for being the best cos <3 ⤷ all of our lovely hosts for making this session possible, as well as our campers for helping our fairy tales come to life, and all past/present/future members of swc for making this community what it is today!
