I found this in one of my unshared projects, I'm never actually going to use this, so I decided to post it in case anyone else wants to use it. If you press the flag, it blinks every so often. The space bar does something too. The weird dots all over it are pivot points. There's another costume in there with a chart of what each color coded dot means. As well as a transparent circle, which I use to evenly rotate the different parts. To use the transparent rotation circle, you size it up to surround to entire part you want to rotate as well as the parts coming off of it, and make sure the center of the circle is on the pivot point you want to rotate from. Then you select ALL of the parts extending off of the pivot point you're rotating from, as well as their pivot points. after you've done all that, you rotate the part. you may have to reshape parts so that there aren't any gaps after rotating them Or you could just get rid of all the circles and move the parts the normal way. explanation of how my makeshift rigging system works: Having the circle surrounding everything and having its center on the pivot point, makes it so that the center of the entire group of objects being rotated is on the pivot point, making it actually rotate around that point. It may be overcomplicating things, but it does allow for more even rotation of parts. another thing I didn't mention here is that after the dragon is in the exact position I want, and I know I won't change it again (or use part of the costume for another), I painstakingly remove all of the pivot points and connect all of the shapes together by making them transparent, erasing the lines in-between them, and connecting the remaining outlines using the line tool. It is a process that takes several hours, not including the creation of all of the costumes before I decide to do that. You can see an example of what one of these looks like after I've removed all of the different sections in the second sprite thats in this project. (That particular model was going to be used for an RPG that I was working on that I might end up scrapping)
All the costumes in here were made by me on Scratch's vector mode. If I remember correctly, it took me like a week(or more) to make. The vector model shown is a fire dragon, but you can modify it to be a different type(or something else entirely) if you want to. (or just recolor it, you have permission to do that because this is not an actual art peice, and is literally only being posted for public use) (please credit me if you do use this though)
