More info on them: -Jackie and Chai are baristas at the Cafe au Lait, a coffeeshop in Zootopia. Jackie is a tanuki, and Chai is a snowy owl. -Jackie has severe social anxiety, which makes it practically impossible for her to interact with customers. She has trouble talking to her boss, but she's open with Chai. -Chai often needs Jackie's help with passing drinks, writing down orders, and other things that require a pair of hands, due to her wings. -Jackie also has problems regarding stalking. Since her anxiety causes her to be unable of having a successful relationship, she resorts to taking pictures of guys in Zootopia that catch her eye.
